Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your project(s).
Ensure that you have your Username and Submission Code(s) available before you begin.
General Submissions
Go to Young Architects →Click "Submission"
Click the "Submission" button on the Awards portal to begin your project submission.
Enter your Username
Enter the unique Username received by email after completing your registration and payment.
Access the Submission Page
After successful login, you will be taken to your Submission Page, where you can enter and manage your project submissions.
Enter your Submission Code
Enter one of the unique Submission Codes received after registration.
Each Submission Code can be used for one project only.
Enter Project Details
Fill in all the required information about your project, including the project details, team member information and other particulars requested on the submission form.
Upload Project Information
Upload all the required drawings, photographs, descriptions and other supporting material as specified in the submission portal.
Ensure that all uploaded material is clear, complete and complies with the prescribed submission requirements.
Review Your Submission & Submit
Carefully review all the information and uploaded material before submitting your project. Once you are satisfied with your submission, click "Submit".
Important: You can still edit your submission after clicking "Submit". All submissions can be viewed and edited by logging in with your Username and clicking the "Edit" button, until the submission deadline.
Additional Projects
If you have registered for multiple projects, repeat the process using the unique Submission Code assigned to each project.
Each project must be submitted using its corresponding Submission Code.

Enter one of your three unique Submission Codes to begin submitting a project.
Each Submission Code can be used for one project only.
Select the Category & Enter Project Details
Select the appropriate category for your project from the available categories:
Residential / Public Buildings / Educational / Healthcare / Interiors / Furniture Design / Architectural Detailing / Landscape Design
Fill in all the required information about your project, including the project details, team member information and other particulars requested on the submission form.
Upload Project Information
Upload all the required drawings, photographs, descriptions and other supporting material as specified in the submission portal.
Ensure that all uploaded material is clear, complete and complies with the prescribed submission requirements.
Review Your Submission & Submit
Carefully review all the information and uploaded material before submitting your project. Once you are satisfied with your submission, click "Submit".

Repeat for Your Second and Third Projects
Return to your Submission Page and use your second Submission Code to submit your second project, followed by your third Submission Code for your third project.
IMPORTANT: Complete All Three Submissions
All three projects must be submitted using all three unique Submission Codes.
Young Architects must submit three projects to qualify for the next stage. Failure to submit all three projects will result in disqualification from the next stage.
