Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations and purchases made for participation in the ULTRATECH LATITUDE DESIGN AWARDS 2026 are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Once a registration or order has been successfully completed and payment has been received, no cancellation or refund will be entertained under any circumstances. This applies even if the participant subsequently decides not to submit an entry, does not complete the submission process, or chooses not to participate in the Awards.

Participants are advised to carefully review the applicable category, eligibility requirements and participation fee before completing their registration and payment.
